Please read them carefully.

2. Website Information

Information provided on this website is intended as general information about Amira Aesthetics Clinic and its services.

It is not individual medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for advice from your GP, surgeon or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Treatment information is general and may not apply to every person.

3. Consultation and Treatment Suitability

Certain treatments require consultation and suitability assessment before treatment can proceed.

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that treatment will be considered appropriate.

You may be asked to provide relevant information including:

  • Medical history
  • Medication
  • Allergies
  • Previous aesthetic or medical procedures
  • Surgical history where relevant
  • Current symptoms or health concerns
  • Other information relevant to treatment suitability

Please provide complete and accurate information.

Amira Aesthetics Clinic may postpone, modify or decline a treatment where the practitioner considers it inappropriate, where relevant information has not been provided, or where further medical assessment or clearance may be advisable.

Client wellbeing takes priority over completing a booked treatment.

4. Consent

Applicable treatments will require informed consent before treatment proceeds.

You will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive relevant information about the proposed treatment, expected effects, material risks, limitations and appropriate aftercare.

Consent must be voluntary.

You may change your mind before treatment begins.

Consent to treatment is separate from any consent to use your photographs or personal information for marketing.

5. Bookings Through Treatwell

Treatwell is a principal booking platform used by Amira Aesthetics Clinic.

Bookings made through Treatwell are also subject to the booking conditions, payment arrangements and cancellation information shown to you by Treatwell during the booking process.

Where there is an inconsistency concerning a Treatwell transaction, the terms clearly communicated to you at the point of that Treatwell booking will apply to that booking, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.

6. Direct Bookings

Appointments booked directly with Amira Aesthetics Clinic are subject to availability.

Where a deposit, prepayment, cancellation period or other booking condition applies, this will be communicated clearly before you confirm or pay for the booking.

We will not impose a charge that has not been disclosed to you before you commit to the booking.

7. Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling

Any deposit, prepayment or cancellation condition applying to a booking will be communicated at or before the time of booking.

For Treatwell appointments, please refer to the terms displayed during your Treatwell booking.

For direct bookings, any required notice period and potential charge will be stated when the appointment is arranged.

Where a cancellation or no-show charge applies, it will be administered subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the booking.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

8. Late Arrival

Please arrive at the agreed appointment time.

If you arrive late, we may need to:

  • Shorten the appointment where this can be done safely and appropriately
  • Modify the treatment
  • Reschedule the appointment

This helps avoid disruption to subsequent clients.

9. Clinic Cancellations

If Amira Aesthetics Clinic needs to cancel or postpone your appointment, we will aim to provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

We will offer an alternative appointment where appropriate.

Where the clinic cancels a prepaid treatment and a suitable alternative cannot reasonably be provided, any refund due will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Prices

We aim to keep website prices accurate and current.

Standard clinic prices may differ from temporary promotional prices offered through Treatwell or other authorised clinic promotions.

Where a treatment is advertised “from” a particular price, the final amount may depend on factors such as:

  • Treatment area
  • Product quantity
  • Treatment plan
  • Duration
  • Individual requirements

Any applicable price should be made clear before treatment or purchase.

11. Treatment Packages and Courses

Packages or courses may include a defined number of treatment sessions.

Before purchasing a package, you should be informed of:

  • The treatments included
  • The total price
  • Any applicable validity period
  • Any booking restrictions
  • The terms applying to unused sessions

Treatment plans may require adjustment where continued treatment is no longer considered appropriate.

12. Refunds

Services that have already been properly provided are not automatically refundable simply because a client later changes their mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where goods, treatment packages or prepaid services are cancelled, faulty, unavailable or otherwise affected, any refund entitlement will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Results and Expectations

Every client is different.

Treatment results and experiences vary depending on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials and treatment examples represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that another client will achieve identical results.

14. Before-and-After Photography

Where appropriate, clinical photographs may be recommended for treatment records, assessment or progress monitoring.

Identifiable photographs will not be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without appropriate separate permission.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from treatment consent.

15. IV Therapy

IV therapy is provided subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

Clients must disclose relevant medical history, medication, allergies and health information when requested.

IV therapy is not a substitute for:

  • A balanced diet
  • Medical diagnosis
  • Medical treatment
  • Advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional

If you feel unwell, have concerning symptoms or require medical advice, seek appropriate healthcare support.

No specific health, cosmetic or wellness outcome from IV therapy can be guaranteed.

16. Mobile IV Appointments

Selected IV services may be available on a mobile basis across specified areas of Manchester and Cheshire.

Mobile appointments are:

  • Subject to availability
  • Subject to consultation and suitability
  • Subject to any travel charge communicated before confirmation
  • Subject to minimum booking requirements where stated

Group, event and corporate enquiries may be quoted separately.

17. Post-Operative Treatments

Post-operative lymphatic and body treatments are supportive services and are not a substitute for surgical follow-up.

Instructions provided by your surgeon or treating medical team should take priority.

Before treatment, we may ask for information concerning:

  • The procedure performed
  • Date of surgery
  • Recovery stage
  • Surgeon instructions
  • Medication
  • Complications or concerns

Where further medical assessment or surgical clearance is considered appropriate, treatment may be postponed or declined.

Urgent concerns following surgery should be directed to your surgical team or an appropriate medical service.

18. Microneedling and PRP

Microneedling and PRP treatments require appropriate consultation and suitability assessment.

Relevant health information, medication, allergies, skin conditions and previous procedures must be disclosed where requested.

Temporary treatment effects and relevant aftercare will be discussed where appropriate.

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

19. Aftercare

Where applicable, you will receive treatment-specific aftercare guidance.

Please follow the instructions provided.

If you have a non-urgent concern following treatment, contact the clinic.

For urgent, serious or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek appropriate medical assistance rather than waiting for a response from Amira Aesthetics Clinic.

20. Client Conduct

We aim to provide a professional, respectful and safe environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or end an appointment where there is:

  • Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour
  • Harassment
  • Intoxication
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Behaviour that places the practitioner or another person at risk

21. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, please contact us so that we can review your concern.

Please include where possible:

  • Your name
  • Appointment date
  • Treatment received
  • Details of your concern
  • Your preferred contact method

We will acknowledge and review complaints as reasonably promptly as possible and will keep you informed where additional time or information is required.

Complaints may be sent to:

contact@amiraestheticclinic.co.uk

22. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Amira Aesthetics Clinic Privacy Policy.

Where you book through Treatwell or another third-party service, that provider may also process your information under its own privacy arrangements.

23. Cookies

The website uses cookies and related technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Cookie preferences can be managed through the consent controls available on the website.

24. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Amira Aesthetics Clinic name, branding, original website text, clinic photography and other original website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

25. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free.

We may update, change or remove website information as the clinic develops.

26. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated where our services, booking systems, policies or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on the website.
